Our committees are an opportunity for you to focus on a particular area that our organization is involved in. They exclusively deal with one particular issue and one goal. Not everyone feels comfortable talking to people on the street or getting their hands dirty with yard work, so the committees are a great way to pick the part of the organization that is right up your alley.
Archetectural Committee
This committee is responsible for reviewing added amenities to our homes. Need a new storm door, or ideas for paint colors? This is the place to start.
Finance Committee
This committee manages the organizations finances. If you are not afraid of budgets, balance sheets, and tax returns, this is the right place for you.
Landscape Committee
This committee assists the Board of Directors in coordinating any issues with our landscape contractor. Focus areas include monitoring for turf scalping, shrub pruning, weed control, detention pond clearing, and any other area of concern throughout the community.
Neighborhood Watch
This committee works with the entire community to make sure we keep our subdivision a fun and safe place to live!
Social Committee
This committee plans, organizes, and prepares for community events and spreads the word to our community of neighbors. It puts together posters and fliers and keeps in close contact with the Board of
Directors.
If you are interested in working in one of these committees, just send us a quick note via the Contact Form.
